Our Leading with Heart Program


What's included in our Program?

In-Person Training or Virtual Training

1 or 2 day In-person training options with your team or 3 or 5 weeks of virtual training in shorter blocks. Through personal exploration, reflection and action planning, you’ll discover the power of heart-centred leadership and its effectiveness in driving engagement, business outcomes and cultural development.

Heart-Centred Leadership Indicator

Each participant will complete a heart-centred leadership indicator to understand their current leadership behaviours. This includes 360 feedback and provides you with a tangible understanding of your current effectiveness. A Team and Organisational view can also be provided giving a clear picture of your culture.

1:1 Indicator Debrief

Between sessions, each participant will have an individual debrief session on their indicator. This will allow personal reflection on results prior to our action planning session where we start to work on leadership development strategies.

Post Program Group Coaching

Following our program sessions, we will schedule 3 monthly group coaching sessions to maintain momentum, connection and celebrate our collective successes.

Additional 1:1 Coaching Sessions are available at an additional cost for those who would like additional support and accountability post-program

Example 2 Day Program Outline (In-Person)


In Person Training Part 1:

  • Dive into heart-centred leadership principles for self-leadership, engagement and cultural impact
  • Explore leadership behaviors and the reasons behind them
  • Reflect on your current leadership challenges and situations
  • Discover effective vs. less effective leadership behaviors


In Between Sessions:

1:1 Heart-Centred Leadership Indicator Debrief: A personal exploration of your leadership behaviors

Time for personal reflection and integration of insights


In Person Training Part 2:

  • Group reflection on our results
  • Define your leadership purpose
  • Develop a clear path from where you are to where you want to be as a leader
  • Action planning for sustainable leadership growth and transformational change


Post-Program Support:

Three group check-in calls within the three months following the program to maintain connection, track progress, and celebrate wins or tackle challenges.

Optional 1:1 coaching available for continued personal development (additional cost)
